Time and again I had a wonderful and a memorable stay at my favourite Taj property Taj Landsend in Mumbai. Right from my arrival till my check out everything was so smooth and memorable. Nitin was there for my arrival and he made sure I was given a nice room with a beautiful view and Nitin was concerned throughout my stay and made sure I was comfortable. A big thank you to Reetika and Sakshi for making my reservations and getting me the best deals for all my stays and the room is always ready before my arrival. Their dedication and efficiency is unbeatable. The housekeeping was too good and Sebastian made sure to keep my room neat and clean. Marie from housekeeping department makes sure to keep all amenities ready before my arrival and she always keeps inquiring if needed anything. Would really like to thank her for all her efforts. The club lounge staff is very efficient and makes me comfortable with their great service. Shiva, Abhishek and Bharat were very prompt in their service and Devesh made lip smacking cocktails. Would like to thank Khushi for her great service at Vista and also at Club Lounge. Would like to thank Mr. Samir and Mr. Naresh for their constant care and I also had an order for home delivery which they made sure was it was delivered properly on time in good packaging. A very big thank you to Sanju and Sandeep for their excellent work for manicures and pedicure at the salon. Also would like to thank Shraddha and Varsha for their great services. All this is because the entire property has great guides like Mr. Somnath Mukherjee and Mr. Moncrieft who makes sure all guests go home with fond memories with great and impeccable hospitality by the staff of Taj Landsend. A tired property that is not fit to be a 5 star. Check in experience was bad- had to wait long after a long haul flight though arrival time was intimated in advance and I was only 15 minute earlier than their advertised check in time. Rooms need updating. Breakfast choice is less than most 4 star hotels. Though the property itself is huge, it does not live up to Taj reputation.

Whenever I visit Mumbai, I always stay at Taj Landsend, simply love the hospitality & view from the room!! The staff is very co-operative & helpful!! The breakfast spread is very elaborate!! They were kind enough to extend a late check out without any cost as my flight back was late afternoon!!
